Furry Friends Among The Flowers

• Text: On Saturday, March 20th Friends of Miami Animals Foundation hosted a story-time event for people and pets at Bal Harbour Shops. Guests got to spend time with our furry friends and to enjoy the Fleurs de Villes floral displays throughout the mall.

Pandemic Pals, written by 7th grader, Gabrielle Aaron and her aunt, Gillian Hotz, tells the story of Murphy, a Wheaten Terrier, who learns to adapt to Covid 19 restrictions and makes new friends when his life changes because of the lockdown.

Co-author Gillian Hotz offered a lovely reading of the book in front of parents, children and their dog(s) and generously donated 100% of the profits to FoMA.
